Located just steps away from Roatan's West End, you'll have both privacy and action at your choosing...The West End is unique like a Jimmy Buffet village, think Margaritaville, where the street is sand and there are bars and restaurants all along the main road right on the Caribbean... just what other Caribbean islands were like 40 years ago -- a true tropical paradise.
This is a well appointed new 2 bedroom /2 bathroom home is located on Mangrove Bight and boasts almost 100 feet of private white sand beach! This home has a commanding view of the Caribbean and even has a private dock with a party area for relaxing in the swaying hammock, or dancing under the stars to your favorite Calypso tunes. Guests enjoy the comfortable tropical Tommy Bahama furniture in the spacious Great Room, complete with color TV, DVD player and wrap around windows. The incredibly large wrap-around deck is the main focal area of Serenity Beach House and designed to enjoy the constant trade winds of the Caribbean. Each room has a separately controlled air conditioner if ever needed as the trade winds blow throughout the home most days. The average annual temperature on Roatan Island is 85 degrees F/29 degrees C so you can wear your shorts day and night. Roatan is one the top dive destinations and the snorkeling is excellent too.

The Serenity Beach House is a 2 bedroom 2 bath layout. Open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living area make this a lovely location for 2 couples or a small family.
You can go up to the private dock Palapa -- a thatched roof open air structure at the end of the dock, and perhaps enjoy a sunset drink in the hammock.
One of the nicest features of Serenity Beach House iis the large deck area that overlooks the front yard and beach, and also has a killer view of the Caribbean sea.
You will love hanging in the suspension chair or lounging with a book in the hammock.
