Payments... 50% deposit due at booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival. Payments accepted through PayPal account. No refunds once the booking has been made, only credit towards future bookings if necessary --solely at the owner's descretion.
Security Deposit on arrival - $500 CASH only. Sorry Travellers checks will not be accepted. We do not accept credit cards.
